Total Valve Services are a West Australian-based company specialising in the repair and overhaul and NATA certification of safety and general valves. In addition, we provide control valve diagnostics, in-line PSV testing, gas, and hydro testing services.

In addition to our extensive, modern workshop facilities, Total Valve Services are able to work offsite, onsite and offshore using our NATA-certified mobile workshop containers.

Operating from our Perth base since 1985 as a division of Specialised Welding Australia Pty Ltd, and since 2010 a part of the Profab International Group of Companies, we offer a complete solution for all valve service requirements.

In addition, the fully equipped workshops of our sister companies in Jakarta, Batam and Singapore, are able to offer the same high quality services for the Asia Pacific region.

As well as being a NATA accredited laboratory, we also hold Lloyds Register accreditation to AS/ANZ ISO 9001, certified to the latest standard.

In addition to standard valve servicing, we have the equipment and expertise in-house to carry out complete overhaul of valves: our welding and machine shop services complement the work of our valve technicians, ensuring high quality repair work all carried out under the one roof.

We have over 500 Welding Procedure Specifications (WPSs), enabling us to repair and refurbish valve bonnets in exotic materials such as Titanium, Alloys, Duplex and Stainless Steels.
